By purchasing any product or service from Native Black Ancestry, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Our services are designed to provide professional genealogical research, consultations, and educational resources. All reports, findings, and materials are for personal use only and may not be copied, resold, or redistributed without written permission.

Fulfillment Policy

Genealogy Research Packages: Results are delivered via email within six (6) months of signing up for a research package, unless otherwise specified in writing.
Consultations & Digital Products: Fulfilled at the time of service or immediately upon purchase unless otherwise noted.
Delivery of Results: Clients will receive digital files (PDF reports, family trees, or other documents) sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

All sales are final. Due to the custom and time-intensive nature of genealogical research, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued once an order has been placed.
If a client chooses not to continue after payment, the balance cannot be refunded or credited toward future services.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate family information at the time of purchase. Native Black Ancestry is not responsible for delays or incomplete research caused by inaccurate or missing information.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Any personal information you provide (names, family records, documents, contact details) will only be used for the purpose of fulfilling your research request and communicating with you about your order.
Your information will never be sold, shared, or distributed to third parties, except when required by law.
All research results are delivered privately via email to the address you provide.
By using our services, you consent to the collection and limited use of your personal data for genealogical research purposes.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to provide timely communication and accurate family details.
Failure to provide requested information may impact research timelines and outcomes.

Limitations of Research

Genealogical research is dependent on available historical records. While every effort will be made to locate and verify information, specific outcomes such as tribal affiliation, citizenship eligibility, or record availability cannot be guaranteed.
