Cancellation Policy

Genealogy Consultation Cancellation & Meeting Policy We value your time and ours, so we've established the following policies to ensure every client receives the highest quality consultation experience. 24-Hour Notice Required – If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must provide at least 24 hours' notice to avoid any fees. Same-Day Cancellations, Reschedules, or No-Shows – If you cancel, reschedule, or miss your appointment on the same day as your scheduled consultation, a $25 rebooking fee must be paid before a new appointment can be scheduled. Join From a Quiet, Stable Location – Consultations may not be attended while driving or riding in a vehicle. If you join the meeting while driving or from inside a moving vehicle, your consultation will be ended and rescheduled for another day. A $25 rescheduling fee will apply. Internet & Equipment Check – Please test your Wi-Fi connection, microphone, speakers, and camera before your scheduled appointment. If we are unable to communicate effectively due to internet connectivity, microphone, audio, or other technical issues on your end, the consultation will be rescheduled for another day, and a $25 rescheduling fee will apply. Be Ready at Your Scheduled Time – Please join the meeting on time and be prepared to begin your consultation promptly. Arriving late may reduce the amount of time available for your session. No Refund Policy – All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for cancellations, missed appointments, technical issues on the client's end, or unused services. If you are unable to attend your scheduled consultation, you may reschedule in accordance with the policy above. By booking a genealogy consultation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these policies. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible.
